Mike has been in the awards industry since 1982, when he was hired as an assembler for a local trophy shop in Phoenix. His passion for the industry led him to the conclusion that he would like to start his own awards company. In 1986 Michael started a small company named Performance Awards that specialized in the manufacture of team and sports awards. Performance Awards was renamed in 1994 to Newline in an effort to represent the new and exciting product lines now offered. His 25 years of industry experience and knowledge has led to the expansion of Newline to its current facility. Mike has 3 beautiful children and enjoys spending as much time as he can with them when he is not dedicating himself to the company. He is excited to share his experience with you and hopes you will enjoy yourself as you navigate through the site.






Brian Glanville
Production Manager

Brian has over 7 years of experience in the awards and recognition industry and manages the trophy and awards department. He is working towards and associates degree at Mesa Community College and keeps abreast of new products and services by attending industry seminars and shows. Brian’s attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent customer service distinguishes him. He likes riding quads, golfing and photography.
