SERVICE
Newline reserves the right to change or discontinue services or items on this site temporarily or permanently without notice.

All prices, specifications and terms of sales on this site are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to approval of newline and are not binding until accepted by newline. newline reserves the right to refuse any order at any time. All orders are subject to availability of materials and component parts. newline shall not be liable for inability to ship any order(s) due to material or component shortage.

We specialize in custom engraved products, imprinted sportswear and advertising specialty items made to your specifications. Written quotations are available upon request. Always specify quantity and delivery time. All quotations are good for 60 days from the date of the written quotation.

Newline does not assume responsibility for any typographical or price errors that may appear in this site. We will inform the customer of any such error prior to an order being processed.

PRODUCTION TIME Normal production time is 10 business days for all stock products and in-house services. Rush service is available when workload permits. The production time for outside products and services is approximately 15 to 30 business days.

CANCELLATIONS
All orders are considered firm. However, if an order must be canceled, we must have written confirmation before production begins. Orders that have already started production will be billed for work completed.

SHIPPING
All items are shipped F.O.B. Factory

RETURNS
Any claims for repair, replacement or refund must be presented in writing within 30 days of shipment. Non-engraved merchandise authorized for return by newline will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise returned to newline without authorization will not be accepted. Personalized items may not be returned.

FREIGHT CLAIMS
For shortages in the number of cartons or any merchandise damaged in transit: We insure all products and will file a claim with UPS after we receive proof that your order has not been delivered or has been damaged in shipment. Please keep all packaging materials since inspection by UPS may be necessary.

SALES TAXES
Sales taxes will be charged where applicable

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS
A $20.00 per package handling charge plus freight and customs will be charged on all international orders.

CREDIT TERMS
All products will be shipped C.O.D. or billed to VISA, Master Card or American Express. We offer terms to qualified companies with a current and accepted credit application on file.Upon approval of credit application, our terms are Net 30 days. Please make your payment from the invoice you receive with the merchandise.

CUSTOM LOGOS
Newline is capable of recreating your logo on any item we sell. We will quote the digitizing or set-up costs when we receive camera-ready artwork. Please provide camera- ready artwork via e-mail in .jpg format or hard copy via Federal Express.

Newline defines camera-ready artwork as follows: A layout in black and white form on photographic paper or film where all art and copy are complete and do not require any changes. Art should be to size and color separated.

Camera-ready artwork is NOT:

   1. Photocopies or hand sketches.
   2. Imprinted merchandise, letterhead, business cards, etc.
   3. Fax transmissions or poorly scanned artwork and logos.

Additional charges may be required if you do not provide camera-ready artwork.
